     High Court (commonly abbreviated: PT) is a judicial institution within the General Court, located in the capital of the province of the Court of Appeal against the matters decided by the District Court. 

     The High Court is also the court of first instance and the final authority to adjudicate on any dispute between the District Court in its jurisdiction. 

The composition of the High Court established under the Act with local laws covering the province. High Court consisting of Chief (a Chairman and a Vice Chairman of PT PT), Judge, Registrar, and Secretary.

     State Administrative Court (commonly abbreviated: PTTUN) is an environmental justice agencies in the State Administrative Court which is located in the provincial capital. As the Court of Appeal, High Administrative Court has the duty and authority to investigate and adjudicate disputes Administrative appeals. 

     In addition, the High Administrative Court is also the duty and authority to examine and decide on the first and final authority to adjudicate disputes between the State Administrative Court within its jurisdiction. 

High Administrative Court was established through the Act with local laws covering the province. The composition of the High Administrative Court consists of a Chief (Chairman and Vice Chairman PTTUN PTTUN), Judge, Registrar, and Secretary

     Military High Court (abbreviated Dilmilti) is in charge of the court to examine and decide on the first level of the criminal case and dispute Military Administration as specified in Article 41 of Law No. 31 of 1997 that soldiers who held the rank of Major and above. In addition, the High Military Court also examine and decide on appeal criminal cases that have been decided by the Military Court in the jurisdiction of the requested appeal.
